We at Endor AG produce and market Simracing products under the brand Fanatec. Our product portfolio includes high-end steering wheels and controllers for game consoles and PCs. These are sold via our webshop primarily to end customers in Europe, USA, Australia and Japan. Furthermore, ENDOR sells driving school simulators in cooperation with Vogel Verlag.

We were founded in 1997 by Thomas Jackermeier our CEO. Currently we employ about 130 internal staff at our main location in Landshut. Worldwide there are 180 employees.

Our employees combine creativity, team spirit, and passion with the profession. Long-term relationships, trust and sustainability, as well as the joy of working together and communication at eye level – these are our core values and shape our mission statement. Because of all these factors and the family corporate culture, working at Endor is something very special.

If you have any questions about the application process, please contact hr@endor.ag.

Your documents are first reviewed by Human Resources and then submitted to the respective department. We usually conduct the interviews in several stages. In the first step we get to know you with a video call. In the next step we invite you to get to know us personally.

Our dress code is just as relaxed as our cooperation.

The working hours vary depending on the department with a 40 hour week.

A job interview is perceived by many candidates as an interrogation and stressful situation. However, it is more to get to know each other and to find out if the “chemistry” is right. Be authentic, open and honest with your interview partners. As a rule, an employee from the personnel department and the respective head of department is usually present during the interview.
